1. Walking Dismissal & Transit Authorization: I grant full permission to Swing & Serve staff to meet my child at the Willow Creek Elementary student dismissal area at 2:45 PM and escort them on foot along public sidewalks to the Mineral Avenue neighborhood courts.

2. Assumption of Risk & Release: I understand walking transit and sports activities involve inherent risks (pedestrian hazards, weather, slips, falls, athletic injuries). I voluntarily assume all risks and release Swing & Serve, its owners, and staff from any liability or claims.

3. Student Preparedness & Gear: Parents are strongly encouraged to pack sunscreen, a reusable water bottle, and an extra afternoon snack. Swing & Serve provides water refills but is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.

4. Emergency Medical Consent: I authorize staff to administer basic first aid and seek emergency medical treatment if parents cannot be reached, accepting full financial responsibility for care.

5. End-of-Session Pick-Up: My child will only be released at 4:45 PM at the courts to individuals explicitly designated in the Authorized Pick-Up section.

I explicitly agree to the Liability, Walking Dismissal, Emergency Release, and Preparedness terms outlined above. *

Swing & Serve Youth Academy is launching a structured after-school tennis clinic designed to take players from the playground to the court. Our professional coaching staff will meet your child directly at the Willow Creek Elementary student dismissal area at 2:45 PM and safely escort them on foot to the neighborhood courts for two hours of active, progressive learning.

📍 Pickup & Location: Met at Willow Creek Elementary dismissal ➔ Escorted on foot to Mineral Avenue Courts
⏰ Time: 2:45 PM – 4:45 PM (2 full hours of active coaching & supervised play)
📍 Pickup at Courts: Parents pick up directly at the Mineral Avenue courts at 4:45 PM sharp
👥 Ratio: Strict 6:1 player-to-coach ratio for maximum safety and individual attention

🎾 What We Cover: The 6-Week Curriculum

Whether your child is picking up a racquet for the very first time or looking to sharpen their swing, our curriculum focuses on building real athletic foundations:

The Fundamentals: Mastering the proper continental and eastern racquet grips and foundational athletic footwork drills.
The Core Strokes: Developing a clean, consistent forehand, backhand, and defensive net volleys.
The Serve: Learning the mechanics of a proper overhead serve to start the point with confidence.
Game Play & Logic: Understanding court lines, learning how to keep official tennis score (Love, 15, 30, 40!), and practicing basic singles and doubles match play positioning.

🎒 Daily Packing Checklist

Please ensure your child comes to school prepared with the following items on clinic days:

Tennis Shoes: Athletic sneakers (non-marking soles preferred).
Racquet: A junior tennis racquet (coaches will have extras on hand if needed!).
Hydration: A large, clearly labeled reusable water bottle.
Sun & Fuel: Sunscreen pre-applied before school and an extra afternoon snack.

⚠️ Registration Capping & Waitlist Policy

To maintain our strict safety protocols and 6:1 coaching ratio, registrations are strictly released in pods of 6 students per coach.

If your desired day shows as "Sold Out": Please click the "Join the Waitlist" link to log your information.
As soon as the waitlist reaches 6 additional students and we secure an additional background-checked Academy coach, spots will be offered to families in the exact order they were received.

Note: Registration must be completed upfront. All participants are required to complete the required roster information and safety/custody transfer waiver prior to adding this session to the cart.
